Stacey asked me in December about taking some pictures of her family before her husband, Jacob, deployed for six months.  Between the weather and juggling our schedules, we ended up doing the session the day before he left for delopyment.  This day was such a blessing to me; watching the way this beautiful family loves each other just made me smile!  It's sessions like this that remind me how very much I love being a photographer.

We met out at Fort Barrancas.  It was a bit chilly and windy, but the lighting was just perfect.  I love morning sessions out at the Fort!  We did a few pictures that included Riley, Stacey & Jacob's first baby!  He was such a well-behaved dog.  Look how well he's sitting for this shot:



Once Riley had had enough of the camera, we headed into the fort for some fun!


I just love these next two pictures...something about a daddy with his children...




The fort itself just has the most amazing natural light in the morning!  Isn't she just gorgeous?
